We are pleased to announce our 2026 Gala Concert – A Night at the Movies. Get your tickets now for our annual Gala Concert on 17th October, from 7pm, at St Peter’s Church, Belper. We’re delighted that we’ll be joined by Crescendo Community Choir on the evening. Tickets are £12 for Adults and free for Under 18’s. Tickets available here.

Derwent Valley Wind Band is a community wind band for all ages. We rehearse from 6:00pm to 6:30pm (Developer Band), 6:45pm to 8:45pm (Main Band) on Monday evenings during term time in the Theatre at Allestree Woodlands School, Allestree, Derby.
The Developer Band is ideal for players up to Grade 4 standard to play together. The Main Band is ideal for players who can play at Grade 4 standard or above to play together.
